Just Associates Announces the Passing of our CEO and Founder, Beth Just.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our CEO and founder, Beth Just, following a lengthy battle with cancer. She passed peacefully Monday, July 15th, 2019 with her husband, Jerry, and family at her side.

Beth founded Just Associates in 2002 and elevated the firm into one of the healthcare industry's leading and most respected providers of data integrity services.

Over the course of her 40-year career, she remained dedicated to discovering and applying innovative solutions to the costs and challenges of maintaining quality patient data to improve patient care. She was equally dedicated to improving the HIM profession, ensuring its voice was heard and reshaping its role in an evolving—and often tumultuous—healthcare environment, as evidenced by her tireless work as an officer, board member and past chair of AHIMA and CHIMA.

While Beth was seen by the HIM industry as a thought leader and influencer, to the Just Associates team and her loved ones she was a warm and generous person who was devoted to her family and friends. We are honored to have known Beth and remain dedicated to carrying out her legacy by continuing to advance the Just Associates mission with the integrity and expertise she instilled in us all.

To that end, Just Associates moves forward as part of Harris Computer Systems, which recently acquired the firm and shares our longstanding commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative HIM and data integrity services, solutions and support.
