A large integrated healthcare delivery network in Wisconsin that serves the greater Milwaukee metro area. It consists of over 30 clinics and four hospitals totaling close to 900 beds.
Just Associates, Inc. completed an EMPI data reconciliation ("clean up") project and completed auto-reconciliation testing for the Cerner Millennium system. JA performed an external data analysis on seven of Columbia/St. Mary's databases including EAD, several Invision and Signature databases and their existing Millennium database. The client was implementing a new corporate identifier to be passed to their PACs system. The identifier is generated in Millennium and used to keep all downstream clinical systems, including PACs in sync.
In February 2005, JA completed a several month long outsourcing contract for EMPI maintenance. This approach mitigated identification errors while allowing CSM time to recruit and train two individuals to be their EMPI manager and EMPI specialist.
In early 2006, JA completed an HIM staffing assessment regarding the anticipated implementation of a document imaging/management solution.
